Your Right to Delete Your Data
At Fazpi AI, we respect your right to privacy and control over your personal data. You can request the deletion of your account and all associated data at any time. This page explains how to delete your data and what happens when you do.
How to Delete Your Account
You have two options to delete your Fazpi AI account and data:
Option 1: Self-Service Deletion
- Log in to your Fazpi AI account with your email and password
- In the upper right corner of the screen, you will find a circle with your name initials
- Click on the circle, this will display three options:
- Profile
- Account
- Log out
- Select the "Account" option - a new page will open
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page
- At the end of the page, you will find the "Danger Zone" section
- Read the warning message: "Deleting your account is permanent. All your data will be deleted and cannot be recovered."
- Click on the red button that says "Delete account"
- Confirm your decision by following the verification steps
Option 2: Email Request
If you cannot access your account or prefer to email us, send a deletion request to:
Please include in your email:
- Your full name
- Email address associated with your account
- Subject: "Account Deletion Request"
What Gets Deleted
When you delete your account, the following data will be permanently removed:
- Your profile information (name, email, phone)
- All AI agents and chatbots you've created
- Conversation history and chat logs
- Training data and custom knowledge bases
- Account settings and preferences
- Billing information and payment history
- Usage analytics and activity logs
Deletion Timeline
Data deletion happens in the following stages:
- Immediate: Your account is deactivated and you can no longer log in
- Within 24 hours: Your data is removed from active systems
- Within 30 days: All data is permanently deleted from our servers and backups
Important Notes
⚠️ This action is permanent and cannot be undone. Once your account is deleted, you will not be able to recover any of your data, including AI agents, conversations, or settings.
Active Subscriptions: If you have an active paid subscription, it will be canceled immediately. No refunds will be provided for unused subscription time.
Legal Obligations: Some data may be retained for legal compliance purposes (e.g., financial records for tax purposes) as required by law, typically for 7 years.
